What does this diagram show about two vehicles making left turns simultaneously from opposite directions?

Why this is correct
When two vehicles from opposite directions are making left turns at the same time, they should pass to the left of each other. Each vehicle turns into the lane immediately to the right of the center line, which keeps both vehicles in their proper turning lanes.
